Healthy + Mindful Workplace is a place where people with office jobs who are struggling with mental health can go and do breathing exercises, schedule a session with a therapist and read from our curated blog. The website is supposed to be a place where people with office jobs can in their own time and at their pace find some sort of help for their mental health without the website being forceful of the topic. The user can do a breathing exercise and close the website or read a blog post and close the website. All at their own time.
